Consumer-operated mental health programs in Virginia can request a free copy of this publication. Guidelines for requesting a free copy:

1. Your program must be a member of the VOCAL CO-OP (if your group would like to join, or if you would like to check to see if your group is already a member) visit our membership page

2. Request must be made by your group’s CO-OP Point Person (to see who your point person is visit our membership page)

3. If you are your group’s CO-OP point person, please write us the name of the book you are requesting and the mailing address where the book should be sent. Write to: Co-op@vocalvirignia.org
